La Taverna del Borgo
Veronese and Lake Garda cooking, with a modern touch. In an 18th-century palazzo above the square in Calmasino.

Under the stone vault.
The palazzo dates from the 18th century and looks down on the square in Calmasino. You step into a dining room with a vaulted ceiling, all in stone.
The kitchen is open, so you can watch your food being prepared. In summer the courtyard opens too, with its lavender.
On the plate: recipes from Verona and the lake, reworked with a modern touch. The menu changes with the seasons.
The menu follows the seasons.
